Salesforce Integration

CRM

Integrate CaseDocker with Salesforce to sync contract data, case information, and legal workflows directly within your CRM platform.

What It Does

The Salesforce integration enables bi-directional sync between CaseDocker and Salesforce, allowing legal teams to access contract and case information directly from Salesforce records. This integration automates data updates, triggers legal workflows based on Salesforce events, and provides a unified view of customer legal matters.

Setup Steps

  1. Provide Salesforce API Access

Share Salesforce connected app client ID/secret (or grant OAuth access). The CaseDocker team will complete the connection—no AppExchange install required.

  2. Configure API Credentials

Generate API credentials in CaseDocker admin panel and configure OAuth connection in Salesforce connected apps.

  3. Map Data Fields

Define field mappings between Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Cases) and CaseDocker entities (Contracts, Cases, Matters).

  4. Configure Sync Rules

Set up sync rules for automated data synchronization, including frequency, direction, and trigger conditions.

  5. Test & Activate

Run test syncs to verify data mapping, then activate the integration for production use.

Required Permissions

  • Read/Write access to Salesforce Account, Contact, Opportunity objects
  • Read/Write access to CaseDocker contracts, cases, and documents
  • Access to Salesforce API for real-time sync
  • User authentication via OAuth 2.0
